
Colaborare internațională
1. Collaboration with the University of Tartu in Estonia led to the successful organization and implementation of the project “Moldovan-Estonian Cooperation in Sports Medicine for the Implementation of European Standards in Medical Education.” Under this project, the Department of Medical Rehabilitation, Physical Medicine, and Manual Therapy organized Sports Medicine courses as part of the residency program.
2. Active collaboration with rehabilitation institutions in Murnau (Dr. Karin Bauer and Dr. Marc Shaan) and Leipzig (Dr. Antje Dominok and Dr. Cornelia Wilke), Germany. Under this collaboration, numerous workshops were held with the aim of exchanging practical and scientific experience.
3. Collaboration with rehabilitation institutions in Aarau, Switzerland, aimed at developing the rehabilitation system in the Republic of Moldova through technical assistance, the exchange of experience, and the adjustment of rehabilitation programs and processes, as well as of the university curriculum, in line with European standards.
4. Collaboration with the Head of the Department of Physical and Rehabilitation Medicine, Dr. Ioan Sorin Stratulat, from the “G. T. Popa” University of Medicine and Pharmacy in Iași, Romania. As a result of this collaboration, a treatise on balneology was published, and every year, the bilateral Ortho-posturo-gnosis conference is organized, allowing specialists in the field to discuss the most important developments in medical rehabilitation.
5. Since 2019, scientific and practical collaborations have been developed with the Romanian Society of Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Balneoclimatology, highlighted by the annual organization of the National Congress of Physical Medicine, Rehabilitation, and Balneology, held under the auspices of the “Nicolae Testemițanu” State University of Medicine and Pharmacy and the Society of Specialists in Medical Rehabilitation, Physical Medicine of the Republic of Moldova.
6. Active collaboration in the fields of Medical Rehabilitation and Traditional Chinese Medicine with medical education institutions and hospitals in the People’s Republic of China (Hunan Children’s Hospital, Changsha, Guangzhou) led to the creation of the University Center for TCM and the organization of theoretical and practical internships for department staff and resident physicians.
